Eazly is a digital engagement and facilitation platform. It assists you in communicating and engaging with participating providers regarding obligations, arrangements and related servicing matters.

Eazly is not a debt counsellor, legal representative, collections agency, payment intermediary or regulated financial institution. We facilitate interaction workflows and do not independently adjudicate disputes or obligations.

You voluntarily provide the information you submit through Eazly. You acknowledge that the information you submit relates to an account, obligation or servicing matter associated with the provider you have selected.

Arrangement requests, payment-related interactions and other engagement actions are voluntarily initiated by you. Submitting a request does not constitute a legal admission of any specific amount or status.

You authorise Eazly to facilitate communication, engagement workflows, arrangement discussions and related servicing interactions with participating providers on your behalf.

You consent to Eazly sharing the information you submit with the relevant provider strictly for engagement and servicing purposes connected to your request.

You consent to the processing of your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information is handled securely and is only used for the purposes set out in these terms.

Information you submit may be stored for operational, audit and servicing purposes, for example, to keep a record of requests, status updates and replies from providers. You may request access to or correction of your information at any time.

You agree not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the platform. Eazly reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse is detected.

Providers may independently verify any information you submit before acting on a request.

Arrangement requests, promises to pay or other submissions do not guarantee approval. Final approval, acceptance and any subsequent action remain at the discretion of the relevant provider.

Eazly acts as a facilitation layer only and does not control the outcome of provider decisions.
